Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide the best care for all our clients and their pets, we have the following cancellation policy. When you book our services, you agree to these terms.
Cancellations with 24 Hours or More Notice
If you cancel your scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund or a full credit to be used for a future booking.
Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee. We will retain 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and compensate our sitters for the time they've reserved for your pet.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
