  • We are open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week for pet care during the day. Our hours of communication are Monday- Saturday 8 am-8pm and Sundays 12 pm- 8pm. Our overnight pet care hours vary based on pet needs

  • Yes, however, there may be a small fee to cover last minute changes to the schedule.

  • No, we offer a two-hour pop in visit in the evening followed by a 1-hour pop in visit in the morning. For more details, please check our services page or contact us.

  • A meet and greet is the best way for us to assess your pet and their needs, as well as allowing your pets to acquaint themselves with their sitter. As dog owners, we understand that a stranger in their home can be a big change, and we want to make sure each pet is as comfortable as possible with us.

  • We are insured by Business Insurers of the Carolinas.

  • In case of an Emergency, we are ready to act by contacting your preferred vet you have on file within your Time to Pet profile.

  • Yes, we administer medications approved by you the pet parents.

  • An invoice is generated within your Time to Pet app, and the payment method on file will be charged either prior to the start of services or at the start of services rendered.

  • We accept ACH/E-Check, Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Yes, a tip can be added through your Time to Pet app by selecting the invoice and adding the desired tip.

  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance can be subject to a fee.
